Adele Tan received her doctorate in Art History at the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London. Her research focuses on Chinese art. She is currently assistent editor with the journal Third Text, which she represented at both the Shanghai Biennale and the Liverpool Biennial. She is a member of International Association of Art Critics: AICA Singapore.
Adele Tan has contributed to exhibition catalogues as well as journals, including: The Future of Imagination 5: International Performance Art Event, Third Text, and Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art.
