Gregor Jansen is an art historian and since 2005 Head of Department ZKM | Museum of Contemporary Art. Curator of numerous exhibitions on contemporary art, currently Vertrautes Terrain – Contemporary Art in/about Germany Thermocline of Art. New Asian Waves and before totalstadt. beijing case. He is visiting lecturer at several academies. Gregor Jansen has written extensively on modern and contemporary art, in magazines including springerin, blitzreview, Kunst-Bulletin, Parkett.
